Giobunny is located in the first village under Halla Mountain at 500 meters above the sea level where Buckwheat Flower Festival is held in June.
Thanks to its location, Giobunny offers a pleasant stay even during the scorching summer season. The detached house built by Giobunny family to live is standing right next to Gwangpyeong Village where only about 20 households are dwelling, so this place is perfect for guests who are seeking privacy while enjoying Jeju’s intact nature.
Convenience stores and petrol stations are in a 5 minute drive and three big grocery stores are 10 minutes away by car. In addition, a bus stop is at the entrance of the village which allows visitors to run around by public transport.
What’s more, it is convenient to travel around Jeju island as it’s proximity to Pyeonghwa-ro connecting Jeju from the north to the south and the Second Mountain Road that lays across Jeju horizontally. 20 min. to Seogwipo city centre, 20 min. to Jeju city, 10 min. to JungMun Tourism Complex, 20min. to Hyupjae beach, and 30min. to the airport. In particular, hospitals are also close that guests could reach out to in case of emergency.
